1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sales in a Box platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sales in a Box ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in Sweden.
2. Description of Service
Sales in a Box provides a proprietary international business intelligence and execution platform comprising the Market Intelligence Unit (MIU), the Unified Data Engine (UDE), and the Commercial Network Engine (CNE). The Platform is designed for export managers, business development professionals, and international sales teams at manufacturing SMEs and other companies that produce and sell physical products internationally. Access is provided via subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@salesinabox.net if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Permitted Use
The Platform is licensed for lawful commercial use in connection with international trade and business development activities. You may not use the Platform to collect data for resale, reverse-engineer any component of the Platform, circumvent access controls, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including export control laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, data models, algorithms, ingestion pipelines, scoring methodologies, and software comprising MIU, UDE, and CNE are the exclusive property of Sales in a Box and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license to use the Platform as described herein.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are charged in accordance with the plan you select. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any intelligence output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. All intelligence outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or trade compliance advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sales in a Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malmö, Sweden.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
